LANGKAWI

PANTAI CENANG
Cenang beach is about 2km long and the main touristy area of Langkawi. So it can be busy with people and watersports, But the long stretch of powdery white sands is big enough to get away from the crowds.

PANTAI TENGAH
Tengah Beach is just next to Pantai Cenang with less powdery sand but far less crowded. It's a good option to play in the waves and watch sunsets as well.

TANJUNG RHU
One of the most beautiful places in the nord east of island. Very long stretched beach, only a few tourists and nice little islands and rocks give it a perfect backdrop.

PANTAI PASIR TENGKORAK
Skull beach is a small but beautiful beach in the nord west of Langkawi. Trees will offer you some shadow. The island you are facing, Koh Tarutao, belongs already to Thailand.

PANTAI PASIR HITAM
Black Sand beach is not the first choice. But still nice to have a walk and enjoy the view. Hardly any other tourists. Don't be shocked when you see the alien cement factory.

PANTAI KOK
This beach nearby Telaga harbour is nice to have a picknick since it has trees and shadow. For the future it is not clear if this beach remains open to the public (sad).

PANTAI TAMAN LAGENDA
Even Kuah town got its own beach at the Taman Lagenda park. It's located between Pecan Rabu pear and the main harbour. Swimming ?¿ Better not!

PANTAI PENERAK
Not really a beach for swimming, but it has a beautiful fishing village atmoshere. Located a bit hidden behind Kuah town. Super sun rise place!
